January 1, 2011 the PICA Board of Directors is happy to introduce Edwards, Church & Muse, Inc. (ECM), of Charlotte as our new exclusive insurance agency for the PICA membership, effective immediately. After a thorough and exhaustive search, we are confident that ECM will meet the needs of our members. Edwards, Church & Muse has been in business for over 23 years and serves both Carolinas in the service of over $50,000,000 in insurance premiums. They bring extensive resources to the PICA membership with full capacity to service the property and casualty, benefits and personal lines requirements of all the members. ECM has contracted with Frankenmuth Mutual for all lines and Employers for workers compensation solutions. While these contracts were created exclusively for ECM, rest assured that they will use the entire market to satisfy your insurance needs. ECM represents Hartford and Travelers and many other carriers in an effort to represent the full market place. In addition to competitive pricing options, ECM has a staff of 58 people to serve and support the PICA membership. They even have their own safety engineer on staff to present safety seminars and training to PICA members!
